Vitamin D Test
Vitamin D test detects deficiencies in Vitamin D (independently monitoring both Vitamin D2 and D3 status) as a potential cause of health problems ranging from osteoporosis to cardiovascular disease.
PERFORMING BLOOD TESTING PRIOR TO TREATMENT CAN:
• Alert the patient to increased risk of systemic disease including heart disease, stroke, diabetes and even cancer so that appropriate measures may be taken in a timely manner.

• Demonstrate the impact of periodontal treatment on systemic health for the patient.
• Establish the need for follow treatment and care.
